Kevin Federline (K-Fed) and his attorney have dragged Britney Spears back to court. Again. It’s this in-out, in-out thing that they just can’t seem to get enough of, though I can’t imagine why.

So what’s the most recent court dilemma? Britney may be losing the visitation rights she fought so hard to get because she hasn’t been taking the drug tests.

Why not? “She was asleep,” explains Britney’s crew. “She’s a Pop Star and she stays out late.” Uh-huh. So far, Britney has been ordered to take 14 drug tests. These come at random times, and she’s passed every single one she’s taken. But here’s the clincher: she’s only taken six of them.

The Pop Star regularly changes and “loses” her phone number. Right. Like I’m going to believe that. We weren’t born yesterday, you know.

The really crazy thing is this comes about just after the judge ordered Britney to pay for Kevin’s court costs (and for the attorney). Why? Because it’s Britney’s fault that he had to keep going back. And she makes a lot more than he does. (Britney makes $737,000 per month. K-Fed made $7,400 last year.) So all of this comes just after Britney paid Kevin $120,000 to cover court fees.

And then what does she do? Oh yes, she goes out and buys a new car. Obviously, her quickly depleting funds don’t seem to bother her that much – and with her income, how could it? Clearly, she has no concept of money. Whether it’s because she grew too famous too quickly, or because she’s never had to worry about it… who knows. Thing is, if she doesn’t decide to go out and promote her most recent CD (Blackout, which actually did surprisingly well – and has good ratings), she might be feeling it soon. It’s time to pull your act together, Brit. Seriously.
