Katherine Heigl and musician Josh Kelley married this weekend in the midst of a Utah snowfall. The ceremony was small and private, and the bride and groom each wrote their own vows.

In November, Josh said he was excited about marrying Katherine, “It’s about showing someone you love that you’re actually capable of the ultimate commitment… We’re madly in love and she makes me excited to become married and to have a family and to spend my life with someone.”

The ceremony was only about a half-hour, and the walk to the reception hall was lined with white candles. The bridesmaids wore red.
