How the tides have turned. One day, Britney Spears is getting all of the accolades. The next, the news about Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy was the biggest news.
OK! Magazine, who interviewed her originally, did not pay 16-year-old Jamie Lynn for the interview. Instead, they’ll be paying her $1 million when the baby is born for the baby picture. Not as much as some people have made, but Jamie Lynn’s not an international star.
Casey Aldridge, the baby’s 18 or 19-year old father and Jamie Lynn’s boyfriend, is – fortunately for him – well-loved by the whole Spears family. A Spears’ family friend said, “Jamie talks about how he really likes Casey. …Lynn really likes him, too. He’s a good kid, cares a lot about Jamie Lynn. They both adore Casey.”
Someone close to Casey said that the pregnancy came as a surprise, but he’ll be a good father. “He’s a stand-up guy, and he will take care of the baby. He is not the type to let her deal with it on her own.”
I think the Spears have some idiot gene or something. She had such a bright future! Down the toilet.
