Britney Spears is in court today potentially facing a year’s probation for her hit-and-run accident in 2007. Apparently it happened when paparazzi got in her way, but she didn’t stick around. A second hearing is scheduled for Jan 25th, and she’s also facing a deposition by ex-husband soon.
